Located in Englewood, we provide air conditioning maintenance agreements to customers throughout Sarasota, Charlotte, Manatee, Lee and Collier counties.

What Does an AC Maintenance Agreement Include?

At Symbiont Service Corp, our technicians follow a 32-point checklist when they come to your home for a planned maintenance visit. Here is a summary of what is included:

• One (1) or two (2) visits per year from one of our friendly, NATE certified AC experts.
• Detailed inspection and cleaning of the indoor and outdoor units, controls, switches, contactor points and air filters*.
• Leak tests of capacitors and all coils and connections.
• Thorough checks and tests of various components, connections, relays and other parts for proper operation.
• Lubrication of motor and blower bearings.
• Checks of all supply vents for proper air circulation.
• Checks of safety controls.
• System efficiency evaluation.
• Documenting of motor amperages to compare to future visits.
• Notation of all corrosion spots and application of protective film on equipment as needed.
• Detailed report upon completion of the maintenance visit,
• Preferential emergency service if your air conditioner breaks down during the agreement period.
• Preferred customer discounts on all parts & labor, not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
